In 2018 our team created 425 recipe videos and shot over 100,000 photos to be used on-site and on-platform across the USA Today network.

We also made a physical cookbook.

Responsibilities:
• Established naming conventions and created a pipeline to easily and efficiently import raw media, edit, and export final deliverables
• Managed editors, scheduling, invoices, and delivery dates
• Setting up the folder structure per recipe
• Coordinated with the editorial team to receive the final script
• Handled all voice-over coordination including hiring, script delivery, file management, and talent invoices
• Ingested raw footage and photos into proper folders, created proxy files, and set up Adobe Premiere Projects
• Reviewed final edits before exporting 16x9, 1x1, and 4x5 versions
• Uploaded final social edits and photo deliverables to Google Drive for social and website use.
• Uploaded final videos to YouTube
• Created a thumbnail for every video
• Wrote tags and descriptions
